Shipping to home address

We ship directly to your address as we use DAO HOME as our main shipping provider. In case you wish to deliver your parcel to the nearest DAO pick-up shop, please contact us asap through Instagram DM or email: parkedprojekt@gmail.com. Orders on stock items will be shipped in up to a week from the order date, however, we'll do our best to do that asap.

DAO HOME delivers parcels 365 days a year in the morning or evening hours. Along with all parcels sent through dao, you’ll receive a track & trace number. Also, you’ll receive a notification via. SMS and e-mail when a parcel has been delivered to you. Due to hours of delivery, we won’t send an SMS before 7 AM; the email will be sent within 15 minutes of the delivery.

DAO HOME always prioritizes delivering the parcel to the mailbox. Should it be too big to fit, we’ll deliver it in a plastic bag by the door. If it’s not possible for us to deliver the parcel to the door, or should this be deemed an unsafe location, we’ll forward it to the nearest DAO pick-up shop.

We are able to deliver parcels to 24 European countries, in cooperation with our partners in Europe.

Export shipments are forwarded to the European destination with one of two partners, DHL or POSTI. You can trace the shipment - also when the parcel is passed on to the partner. It is made sure that you can track your shipment all the way to the recipient via the regular Track & Trace.

According to the destination, foreign shipments are sent to your recipient's private address or directly to a local collection point. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the distributor will in many countries have the option to forward the shipment to a collection point. Some distributors will attempt to deliver the parcel at the address multiple times, after which it will be returned, if unsuccessful.

Local Pick-up

We offer the possibility of a free local pick-up at our main address in 8763 Rask Mølle. It is however mandatory to communicate the pick-up through Instagram DM or email: parkedprojekt@gmail.com. The exact time of a pick-up has to be confirmed by the Parked Projekt team.

Occasionally we can offer a pick-up at the car meets we attend. For that option make sure to contact us before picking the shipping option if the free pick-up will be available.

Return Policy

WE WANT EVERY ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS TO BE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THEIR PURCHASE EVERY TIME!

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 100% refund on the purchase price if returned within 14 days.

We also offer a 14-day exchange/replace on all our clothing, covering any manufacturing faults or problems. It covers things like zips, overlocking, hems, prints, stitching, fabric, embroidery & any damage that occurred during shipping.

It, unfortunately, does not cover change of mind, damage from incorrect washing, rolling in oil while working on your car, or general wear caused by doing burnouts.

We offer a transparent returns policy that covers the return/exchange/refund of products.

Items must be in an unworn, unused, and original condition
You must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date to claim
You will need to cover postage costs for exchanges/returns
Warranty claims will be managed on a case-by-case basis

Before the cancellation period expires, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by email to parkedprojekt@gmail.com . In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
